SOP for Management of Pass Certificate:

1. Students have passed the Final Assignment Session (at SSO) and all courses (MK) a minimum of 144 credits.
2. Students verify the Constitutional Court using the attached form.
3. If there are students who have excess SKS because there are excess Elective Courses (MKP) then students can apply for the abolition of MKP to the Head of S1 Study Program on the condition that the MKP to be abolished is not related to the Student Final Project.
4. If there are students who have excess SKS because there are excess Elective Courses (MKP) then students can apply for the abolition of MKP to the Head of S1 Study Program on the condition that the MKP to be abolished is not related to the Student Final Project .

This order needs to be observed by students who will apply for SKL.

SOP for Odd Semester 2021 Special Exams

1. Special exams can be applied to the Mechanical Engineering S1 Study Program for students who are taking courses at least 2 times (including the current semester).
2. Students can apply for the Special Examination if they have carried out the Final Assignment Seminar and are declared to have passed by the Final Project Advisory Lecturer.
3. It is recommended that students apply for the Special Examination by taking the MK in the current semester. Students apply by sending an email to: prodi.S1.mesin@gmail.com
4. The Special Examination will be held at the time scheduled by the S1 Study Program with questions given by the supporting lecturer determined by the S1 Study Program.
5. The study program takes time to apply for a special exam to the supporting lecturer, prepare questions and determine the schedule for the special exam.
6. Students can be declared pass/fail in this Special Examination.
7. The results of the Special Examination will be given to students in the form of a Minutes signed by the lecturer in charge of the special examination.

SOP for Upgrading Achievement Value or 3 Take-Ups

Students who will apply for a course value upgrade (MK) because they have taken lectures 3 times or upgrade their grades due to national/international championship/competition achievements can follow the SOP below:

1. Repair of 3x the value of the Constitutional Court, carried out on the fourth Constitutional Court taking and requested at the time the Constitutional Court is running. Students take the MK at the end of the current semester.
2. Improvements in scores for national and international competition/championship achievements can only be requested once during the course of a student in Mechanical Engineering. Applications for upgrade values are carried out when students take the MK back in the current semester.
3. Students submit an application to the Head of Study Program S1 via email study program: prodi.S1.Mesin@gmail.com using the attached form
4. The student provides confirmation to the Head of Study Program regarding the application.
5. This proposal can be approved or rejected by considering the document attachments and the fulfillment of the required requirements.
