Semarang-Located in the yard of the Undip Multipurpose Building (GSG), the Mechanical Student Association held the 2018 CAMPUS WORKSHOP event. The event which took place on 12-13 May 2108 was an activity under the auspices of the Interest, Talent, and Anger, Diponegoro University Mechanical Student Association which aims as a form of service to the community around Tembalang by Mechanical Engineering Mahsiswa supported by PT. Yamaha Motor Indonesia and PT. Shell Indonesia in providing cheap service and cheap anti-oil for motorcycles.
The Campus Workshop event succeeded in bringing in 206 motorcycles. This event is to provide space for Undip Mechanical Engineering students who have soft skills in the automotive field. Of course, these students have gone through the screening stage and participated in the training process under the direct direction and supervision of PT. Yamaha Motor Indonesia, which this time also involved technicians from Yamaha Mataram Sakti Semarang. In addition to service and cheap oil changes, this activity also held cheap spare parts, displays the latest Yamaha motorcycles, test rides and safety riding, as well as crazy photo competitions for visitors.
The Department of Mechanical Engineering really appreciates this student activity where Mechanical Engineering students have carried out positive activities for the community, and of course the collaboration that has been initiated so far with PT. Yamaha Motor Indonesia and PT. Shell and goes on continuously. Meanwhile PT. Yamaha Motor Indonesia, represented by Mr. Yanuar hopes that next year this activity can be held even better.
